One hall, arranged differently depending on what you are running.

  • Wedding receptions & walimah

    The stage dressed for the couple, banquet rounds for guests, and room for the caterer to serve without crowding the aisles.

  • Naming ceremonies

    A morning session suits most naming ceremonies. Seating is arranged so family sit close to the stage.

  • Birthday celebrations

    Space for a cake table, sound and a dance floor once the tables are pushed back.

  • Meetings & conferences

    Theatre or classroom seating, a speaker table on the stage, and power points for a projector and PA.

  • Graduation ceremonies

    Rows for graduands with a clear route to the stage, plus a high table for guests of honour.

  • Religious programmes

    Quiet, clean and cooled, with the floor cleared or matted as your programme requires.

  • Political & community events

    A hall large enough for ward and constituency meetings, with parking inside the compound.

  • Engagements & bridal showers

    Half-day hire is usually enough, with the stage set for the bride and her party.

  • Cultural & social gatherings

    Open floor arrangements for drumming, dancing and association meetings.

  • End-of-year parties

    Evening sessions with full lighting for staff parties and association dinners.

  • Furniture

    Tables with covers and dressed chairs, set to your layout.

  • Cooling

    Air conditioning, standing coolers and fans throughout.

  • Lighting

    Chandeliers, recessed ceiling lights and colour mood lighting.

  • Attendant

    A member of staff on site for the length of your booking.

  • Parking

    Space inside the compound for guest vehicles.

  • Cleaning

    The hall is cleared and cleaned after you leave.

Food and drinks

Our kitchen cooks for events in this hall. Pick what you want from the list, tell us the number of guests, and we will price it. You are also free to bring your own caterer.

  • Jollof rice and fried rice

    Cooked in quantity for the guest number you give us, served hot from covered chafing dishes.

  • White rice and stew

    Plain rice with beef, chicken or goat stew, and moi moi on the side if you want it.

  • Tuwo with miyan kuka or taushe

    Tuwon shinkafa or tuwon masara with the soup your guests expect at a Potiskum event.

  • Dambun nama and suya

    Grilled and shredded meat prepared on the day, for the high table or for all guests.

  • Masa and miyar zogale

    Fried masa served warm, good for naming ceremonies and morning programmes.

  • Pounded yam and egusi

    For guests who prefer a heavier plate, cooked to order.

  • Salad and small chops

    Vegetable salad, coleslaw, samosa, spring rolls and puff-puff for the welcome table.

  • Cake and pastries

    An event cake and a tray of pastries, arranged with a baker we work with regularly.

  • Zobo, kunu and fura da nono

    Local drinks made fresh on the day and served chilled in coolers.

  • Soft drinks and bottled water

    Crates of minerals and sachet or bottled water, kept cold until service.

  • Tea and coffee service

    Morning shayi with bread for early programmes, meetings and trainings.

  • Serving staff and chafing dishes

    Waiters, serving spoons, chafing dishes and disposable plates, if you would rather not hire them yourself.

Arranged by you, or by us

Decoration, photography and sound are not part of the hire, and most clients bring their own people. Food and drinks we can do for you, or you may bring your own caterer. Either way, tell us early so the kitchen and the gate know who is coming.
